That’s totally cool! One of the factors that I weight in when creating your project proposal is what you already have done so that you aren’t charged for things you don’t need me to do. This is why I have you show me what is set up in your Dubsado on our consultation call so I have the entire picture before I put together your proposal.
But for full transparency — if you, or someone else, has set things up in your Dubsado and I see that they’re not set up properly or efficiently: I’m going to tell you! My goal is to end our project feeling confident that your Dubsado is running as smoothly as possible and if that means re-doing something that had been previously set up, I’m going to do it.
Yes! I'll send over an onboarding questioner allowing you to take a deep dive into your own process so we understand how your business works. Once you submit that I'll send over a checklist for you so you know exactly what to ‘PREP’ before we start working together!
But I do recommend that you have your current documented processes, branding, and any verbiage that you would like to continue to use for your emails, form, and questioners.
Technically, no! I can login using your credentials and get everything set up before you start paying for it.
However, if you aren’t comfortable sharing your login information and would rather add me as a user to your Dubsado then you will need to upgrade to the paid version because multiple users is not supported on the free trial.
For emails- There’s a few options for this depending on what you’re most comfortable with! Typically I will draft up all of the email templates I need and share it with you so that you can go in and tweak/edit things. The goal is to make everything sound authentic to you!
If you prefer to write them all yourself, or have a copywriter do it — I can adjust the project timeline and cost accordingly.
For form/questioners- Sometimes yes, sometimes no! If you have existing forms on another platform like Google Forms or Typeform I’ll just migrate those questions over to Dubsado.
If you’re starting from scratch, I’ll work with you to determine what kind of forms your business needs & what questions need to be included and then set them up from there!
Absolutely! Although, if you haven't already, I do recommend that you take the time to go thru at least the tool's native beginner learning resources prior to our project completion so you have the basic knowledge of it's capabilities. I will record screenshare video trainings with the ins and outs of your new system specific to what I've set up so you can learn to use it, train team members, and make changes beyond our time together.
You bet! Typically, I require 50% of your project due at booking to confirm your spot on my calendar and the final 50% due upon project completion prior to receiving your final assets and scheduling your Wrap-Up Call. If splitting into additional installments would be best for you, just ask and we can discuss!
